To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any original shipping fees that may have been waived at the time of purchase.
Processing Fees
For change-of-mind returns, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the return request is made after the 7-day window, we reserve the right to deduct an additional 20% service fee from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
