Shelving: Regular/Heavy

Video Instruction for Shelving 600KG-1000KG

Shelving: Extra Heavy

Workbench: Heavy

Supermarket Rack: Black

1. Identify the front of the uprights.
   Look at the top of each upright. The side with the holes is the front. Install the special pegboard (the one that looks slightly different from the others) onto the top.
2. Install all remaining pegboards.
3. Install all side rails.
   At this stage, you can adjust the shelf heights to your preferred positions.
   
4. Place all shelves onto the side rails.
   
   Assembly complete!

Optional:
You will have one pegboard left over. If desired, you can install it at the front top of the rack for additional display or storage.

Supermarket Rack: White

1. Install one pegboard at the bottom of the rack.
   
2. Install all remaining pegboards.
3. Install the bottom panel (the panel that connects the two uprights at each end),
   then install all side rails.
   *At this stage, you can adjust the shelf heights to your preferred positions.
4. Place all shelves onto the side rails.
   
   Assembly complete!

Workbench: Extra Heavy

Unit w Drawers

Please first follow the "Shelving: Regular/Heavy" assembly instructions to complete the assembly of the uprights (2 ends)

Once that's done, refer to the belowing video to install the shelves and drawers in order.

Unit w Upper-Cabinet

Please first follow the "Shelving: Regular/Heavy" assembly instructions to complete the assembly of the uprights (2 ends)

Once that's done, refer to the belowing video to install the shelves and drawers in order.

Unit w Crossbeam Support Kit

1. Assemble the uprights (2 ends) following the “Shelving: Regular/Heavy” assembly instructions.
   
   
2. Assemble the 2 cabinets (Model AS1) using the “Storage Cabinet SKU:A18” instructions — it’s a different model but the structure is the same.
   
   
3. Once both are assembled, refer to the video below for the correct installation order of the shelf, crossbeam support, and cabinet.
   
   

Pegboard

Use the small nuts and bolts provided to attach the pegboard to the back side of the uprights as shown in the pictures.
