At Apple Shelving, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. This warranty policy is designed to provide clear and fair support so you can shop with confidence.
Warranty Period
We offer different warranty periods based on product types:
- 2-Year Warranty for: Shelving units and Workbenches
- 1-Year Warranty for: Cabinets, Toolboxes, Trolleys, and Drawers
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase and applies under normal usage conditions.
The warranty duration for each product is clearly stated in its product description.
Some items (e.g., consumables, clearance products) are not covered under warranty. If a product is not eligible for warranty, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
What's Covered
This warranty covers the following situations:
- Manufacturing defects – such as welding faults, assembly errors, or hardware issues that affect functionality.
- Structural issues – including failure of frames, uprights, or beams under recommended load conditions.
- Component defects – faulty parts or accessories that were included in the original purchase.
If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will provide a free repair, replacement part, or full product replacement.
What's Not Covered
To ensure transparency, the following are excluded from our warranty:
- Rust or corrosion caused by moisture, humidity, or poor storage conditions.
- Improper use – such as overloading, incorrect assembly, or using the product outside its intended purpose (e.g., outdoor or wet areas).
- Cosmetic damage – including scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect function.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties or self-repair.
