• All orders over $200 automatically qualify for FREE local delivery within 80km.
• No promo code is required — the system will automatically apply the free delivery discount at checkout.
• Coverage areas include Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, and Ocean Shores.
• Example: Place an order of $250 with a delivery address in Ipswich, and your delivery fee will be waived at checkout.

Pick-Up

We encourage customers to choose local pickup, as deliveries may take longer than usual due to the event (potentially 10–14 business days).

Our shelving and bench units come in flat packs that can fit into hatchbacks or SUVs with seats folded down. Smaller units, such as 1.2m (W) shelving or bench units, may even fit in a small car.

Both card and cash payments are accepted for in-warehouse orders :)

Local Delivery

Free delivery applies automatically to all eligible orders over $200 within the 80km coverage area.

Delivery to addresses outside the 80km range will incur standard delivery fees.

4. Delivery Coverage
   • Free delivery applies only to addresses within the specified 80km service areas. Addresses outside this range incur standard delivery fees.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
   • The free delivery benefit cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before 20th September 2025.
   • Not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other delivery promotions unless explicitly stated.
6. Returns and Refunds
   • If an order is returned, standard return policies apply. Delivery benefits are not refundable or transferable.
