• The promotion applies to ALL purchases completed through our online store during the event period.
• The email used for placing eligible orders during this period will receive an electronic gift card on 1st January 2026, valued at 10% of the order total for future purchases.
  ✨ This credit has NO EXPIRY. Use it anytime — it never expires.

Pick-Up

We encourage customers to choose local pickup, as deliveries may take longer than usual due to the event (potentially 10–14 business days).

Our shelving and bench units come in flat packs that can fit in a hatchback or SUV with the back seats folded down. Smaller units, such as 1.2m (W) shelving or bench units, may even fit in a small car.

Orders can also be placed directly at our warehouses. We accept both card and cash payments on-site. Don't worry about missing out on the 10% credit — just mention it to our office team, and you’ll still receive your credit on 1st January 2026!

Local Delivery

Delivery is also available, with an additional delivery charge applied. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to this event.

Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period

2. Gift Card Details
   • Eligible purchases will receive an electronic gift card valued at 10% of the order total (including shipping and installation fees) on 1st January 2026.
   • Credit / gift card issued for this event has NO EXPIRY and can be used at any time.
   • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Eligibility

4. Shipping Costs
   • Shipping and installation fees will be included in the total price when calculating the gift card amount.
5. Returns and Refunds
   • If an order is returned or refunded, the issued gift card associated with that order will be voided.
   • If the gift card has already been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
