• The promotion applies to ALL purchases completed through our online store during the event period.
• The email used for placing eligible orders during this period will receive an electronic gift card on 1st January 2025, valued at 10% of the order total for future purchases.
• Example: If an order totaling $1,000 is placed during the event period, the customer will receive a $100 electronic gift card on 1st January 2025.

Pick-Up

We encourage customers to choose local pickup, as deliveries may take longer than usual due to the event (potentially 10–14 business days).

Our shelving and bench units come in flat packs that can fit in a hatchback or SUV with the back seats folded down. Smaller units, such as 1.2m (W) shelving or bench units, may even fit in a small car.

Orders can also be placed directly at our warehouses. We accept both card and cash payments on-site. Don't worry about missing out on the 10% credit—just mention it to our office team, and you’ll still receive your credit on 1st January 2025!

Local Delivery

Delivery is also available, with an additional delivery charge applied. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to this event.

Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period
   • This promotion runs from 19th December 2024 to 31st December 2024, inclusive.
2. Gift Card Details
   • Eligible purchases will receive an electronic gift card valued at 10% of the order total (including shipping and installation fees), on 1st January 2025.
     
   • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Eligibility
   • The promotion applies to all purchases completed through our online store during the event period.
4. Shipping Costs
   • Shipping and installation fees will be included in the total price when calculating the gift card amount.
5. Returns and Refunds
   • If an order is returned or refunded, the issued gift card associated with that order will be voided.
   • If the gift card has already been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. General Conditions
   
   • The gift card value is calculated based on the order total.
   • We reserve the right to amend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
